Brook Farm in Cuffley, Hertfordshire is the ideal location for a marquee wedding.
With the lake and trees on one side, and fields and greenery on the others, it really is a little private oasis where you can choose to have whatever style of marquee you would like erected, and so truly have your day, your way.
Laura, Emily and the team couldn't be more helpful and friendly, and, as well as supplying the basic infrastructure needed as part of your package (land hire; parking; generator; portable toilets; PA, etc), they have a recommended list of suppliers who have worked at Brook Farm Weddings before offering a very varied range of marquees, catering, etc.
As they only hold a limited number of weddings at Brook Farm each year, you would have exclusive use of an exclusive venue that is truly unique, as no two weddings are the same.
Access from the main road is via a long, private road, which opens up to reveal the lake and marquee site on your left, with an open field to your right. There is even room for you and your guests to camp for the night on-site (by prior arrangement) if you do not want to retire to a local hotel.
Access for suppliers is also excellent and made very easy for us with the superb co-operation of Brook Farm, and Wedding DJ Hertfordshire / Corabar Entertainment is extremely proud to have been chosen to supply the PA for all weddings at Brook Farm, Cuffley from 2015 onwards. This also means that, as we will be delivering and setting up equipment regardless, we are able to offer incredible deals to Brides and Grooms at Brook Farm should they choose to book one of our DJs to supply their entertainment, or additional outdoor PA for a day-time lakeside blessing. We can, of course, also supply any of our other services you may like / need.
Due to the licence terms of the local authority, the PA we supply and install will include a volume control, but we worked long and hard with Environmental Health to ensure a good quality sound at decent levels throughout any marquee erected on site. Moreover, it isn't the type of limiter you find in most venues which cuts the power: instead, this one just pulls the volume levels back down should anyone try to push the volume up excessively, so you will never know it's there!
Apart from our own excellent, personal experiences, clients have also told us how wonderful the staff at Brook Farm are, so we have no hesitation in saying that this venue should be on the shortlist for any couple getting married in the area.

The images below were taken by us weddings at Brook Farm with various styles of marquee, including tipi, capri and a big-top-style circus marquee. We have supplied an outdoor PA for blessings by the lake, decorations with lots of ivy garlands for a couple of 'nature' themed weddings, wishing well post boxes, background music during the day, mics for the speeches, special lighting effects and up-lighting, festoon lighting and outdoor up-lighting, staging and dance floors, rigging and band lighting, photo booth, and, of course evening DJ entertainment. We can also supply other items not shown here - including a beautiful arch for a focal point for the blessing.
