Imagine sitting down to your wedding breakfast, music playing quietly in the background, and on a large screen, a slide show containing your favourite photos is playing...
You, your friends and family can send us photographs (and other files and documents, and even short video clips if you have them on a DVD or a computer) before the event, and we will spend time enhancing and optimising, organising and editing them into a video slide show. You can include photos of both of you growing up, the night you met, a scan or photograph of your first valentines cards to each other, your first holiday together, messages from family and friends, or absolutely anything you think will help tell the story leading up to your wedding day.
On the day, we will project this video on to a large screen using a high-quality projector mounted overhead on a custom-built counter-balanced projector arm attached to the truss to which the screen is fixed, meaning no tables are required and the projection isn't interrupted by people crossing the beam, making it a very practical set up for viewing from around the room. However, please be aware that brightly lit rooms are not ideally suited for the projection of images. In these cases, it would be best to locate the projector set up in the darkest corner of the room, or wait until the natural light fades somewhat before starting the show.
During your drinks reception and the wedding breakfast, all of your friends and family who have taken photos during the day using digital cameras, can bring their memory cards to us and we will add them to the slide show and immediately return the card. Due to time constraints, we will not have the opportunity to edit these photos, but we will, of course, filter out those photos showing only the path and Aunty Jean's feet!
We can continue to run the slide show all evening if you require, and it's a perfect way to show your evening guests photos of your wedding day.
You will receive either a CD-R or DVD-R copy of the slide show from us after the event.
